About The Key Shed
The Key Shed was founded to help bridge the gaps that youth and young adults can face as they navigate adulthood. Built on the belief that every individual has potential, our organization is developing community-centered programs that combine practical life skills, mentorship, emotional support, and connections to mental health resources. Our goal is to give young people greater access to the tools, guidance, confidence, and support they need to grow, build independence, and create meaningful futures.
Our Story
The Key Shed grew from firsthand professional and personal experiences seeing the challenges young people can face when practical guidance, emotional support, and accessible resources are out of reach. Founded by Annaliese Foster, LMHC, the organization was created to help bridge those gaps and build a place where education, connection, and personal growth come together.
